Snow Fungus Corn Dessert

i seriously dunno y mom cooked this.. she told me her fren gave her too much corn and she doesn't know wat to do with it, so found some snow fungus (shuit yee/bak muk yee) and started boiling these 2 things together... well, it doesn't taste bad.. coz i oni tasted sweetness.. hahahaha.. but it was all crunchy and nice to bite =；P
